i presented my speech.  
i finally did it, today.
yes that's right, shorti finally presented her optimistic group speech in front of the class.
everyone thought it was funny, but i messed up badly at the conclusion.
i totally blanked for like, 5 seconds, and was stuttering. 
eventually i made something up, and went on.
i hope i wont get too many points off, because she has kids highlight parts on your essay that you turned into her, that are different from what you're saying.
eeeep.
andandand.
i went overtime.
it was supposed to be 4-5 minutes, and mine was 5:28. 
that's...one point off.  you get one point off for every 15 seconds you go over or under.
oh well, better to be over rather than under.
also.
i forgot to say thankyou at the end.
so i was walking back to my seat and i stopped and i was all "oh, wait.  thankyou."
then i walked to my seat.
haha.
i hope i got an A, maybe even a B.
but at least it's over.
we find out our grades tomorrow.
wish me luck.

STUPID PAPER.  
ughhhh.
we have to do this stupid 4-5 minute speech for the optimistic group thing whatever.
and we have to memorize OUR WHOLE SPEECH.  no paper, nothing.
DDD:
it totally sucks.
and our prompt is "my biggest challenge is..."
ITS THE WORST PROMPT EVERRRRRR.
and we have to put something "happy" in every friggin' paragraph since it's for the optimistic group!  last year it was apparently "my future is bright because..." and the year before that it was "my hero is..."
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO UNFAIR.
and then i wrote this whole outline for a paper on "human stupidity" for my greatest challenge.
SHE SAID I COULDN'T DO IT SINCE THE OPTIMISTIC GROUP WOULDNT LIKE THE WORDS "stupid" OR "idiotic" OR "dumb"
so now i have to write one on patience.
which totally sucksssss.
and i'm having a hard time on writing the outline.

i've cooled down a bit.  
i've cooled down a bit since the little mishap with the newbie name stealer.  hopefully it will blow over and she'll eventually cahnge her name back.

anyways~

i got my picture taken for my passport this morning.  my parents woke me up at 9am. [i was expecting to wake up at 12pm, but nuuu, they just had to wake me up] this will be my first passport...because i'm going to france for the first week of the summer.  it will be fun.

we should be able to pick up the passport in 8 weeks.  woooo.

also, i think i need more friends.
i have 2 layout designers for friends [only because i wanted access to layouts] and then one rl/gaia friend, and then another gaia friend.
so yeah...i'm going around asking people if they have an LJ.
they don't.
wish me luck in finding some more people, soon.

THIS SUCKS.
yesterday, on gaia, this stupid little twit of a newb STOLE MY NAME.
pshh.
mine is [HideTheRum] and she made hers [HideTheRum.]
RAWR.
maybe there's a way to have your name copyrighted on gaia, so no one else can take it...
do the gaia staff take bribes?
